The Borgen Project Information Event Hosted by Nicolas Calcinari

My name is Nicolas Calcinari and I will be hosting an information event on behalf of The Borgen Project, a non-profit organization that works to put a stop to global poverty by working to make it a top priority in U.S. Foreign Affairs. We will be discussing extreme poverty conditions around the world and what we are doing to address them. I will be providing recent information on the pandemic and how it has worsened the situation for the world’s most vulnerable. I will be talking about common misconceptions about poverty, how stopping it can benefit the U.S. Most importantly, we will go over our top legislative priorities and how easy it is to support them with our resources!
