Each year, in collaboration with partners, GSI leads trips to Olympia (January) and Washington D.C. (April) and develops a state and federal Legislative Agenda to advocate on behalf of the greater Spokane community.
We’ve been asked for a unified agenda which is critically important for the prioritization of projects and funding allocation for our region. We represent the community on these trips and appreciate the partnership of community and business leaders, government, and education to help us forward important issues and initiatives.
The Annual Legislative Forum and Reception takes place in December of each year and connects your business with local, state, and federal elected officials who discuss issues, initiatives, and bills in process that directly impact your business and our community.
