Do you have questions about attending our Annual Meeting event?
You’ve come to the right place. Here are our most frequently asked Annual Meeting questions.


Q. Are early bird discounts available?

A. Yes. Through February 13.

Q. How do I register for the event?
A. Register by visiting the Annual Meeting events page.

Q. Do you offer group, military, or student discounts?
A. Yes. Member partners receive a significant discount on tickets.

Q. Who is this event for?
A. Our Board, partners and anyone in the community who is interested in our work. Keynote will be on “how to use AI to enhance your business” so if that appeals to you, this event is for you too!

Q. Who will be the keynote speaker?
A. Guest speaker Susan Frew, entrepreneur and business coach.

Q. Where can I review my registration information?

Q. Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?
A. Yes as long as its more than 72 hours prior to the event.

Q. I am unable to attend the event, can my colleague attend instead?
A. Yes, please email to make the change.

Q. If the event is canceled, how do I obtain a refund?
A. We will reach out and send it to you.

Q. I can’t pay by credit card; is there an alternate payment method?
A. By requesting an invoice and paying by check with the invoice number in the subject line.


Q. I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements; can you accommodate me?
A. We can usually accommodate gluten-free or vegan meals. There is no guarantee on any other dietary restriction but a request can be made to

Q. Can my spouses and children attend too?
A. This is not an event appropriate for children, but a spouse can buy a ticket and attend (or you can for them).

Q. Are there any age restrictions for registration?
A. Children under 18 should have parents/guardians register them.

Q. Is there a dress code for the event?
A. The dress code for the conference is business casual.

Q. What parking arrangements are available at the venue?
A. Parking is available in the parking garage near the doubletree. There is a fee.

Q. Where do I go to check in?
A. The Centennial ballroom. There will be registration tables as you walk in.

A. Only if the event doesn’t sell out.
