Q. What types of events does GSI host?
A. GSI hosts nearly 50 events each year ranging from smaller 100-person Peer-to-Peer networking events to larger 500-person events such as the Annual Celebration or Economic Forecast.
Q. How do I register for an event?
A. Register by visiting our events page here and navigating to the event you wish to register for.
Q. Are discounts available?
A. Depending on the event, GSI Member Partners often receive event discounts. There are also early bird discount prices that are applied at the time of registration and discounts for corporate tables.
Q. How do I receive an event discount if I’m a GSI Member Partner?
A. Events that have Member Partner discounts will be shown where pricing is listed for any particular event. After clicking the registration button, don’t forget to “Log in” in the upper right-hand corner to receive your discount.
Q. How secure are my credit card details?
A. Your credit card details are very secure and go through our CRM.
Q. Where can I review my registration information?
A. Sign into your membership account here or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. I can’t pay by credit card. Is there an alternate payment method?
A. Yes. You may request an invoice and pay by check with the invoice # in the subject line. Email email@example.com.
Q. What food will be served at the event?
A. This depends on the event. Quite often appetizers and drinks are served, or may include a main dish for luncheon events.
Q. If I can’t attend an event, can I get a refund?
A. Yes, as long as it’s within 72 hours from the time of registration.
Q. I am unable to attend the event. Can my colleague attend instead?
A. Yes. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make that change.
Q. If I have a dietary restriction, where do I indicate this?
A. Dietary preference requests can be made if you are gluten-free or vegan. Requests can be sent to email@example.com.
Q. If the event is canceled, how do I obtain a refund?
A. If an event is canceled, we will reach out to you and issue a refund.
Q. Can I register my family?
A. Yes. Spouses can purchase tickets, however, most events are not appropriate for children. 7-12 grade children are invited to attend career-connected learning events.
Q. What is the dress code for GSI events?
A. We recommend business casual.
Q. Can I purchase event tickets on-site?
A. Yes, however, there is a price increase.
