Golf Event FAQ

Do you have questions about attending the golf event?
Here are some frequently asked questions about golf. Contact us if you have additional questions.

Q. What time does my shotgun scramble start?
A. There is a double shotgun start – either 7:30 am or 2:30 pm. 

Q. What time does registration open?
A. Registration opens at 6:30 am and 1:30 pm. You will receive a bag of swag and be assigned a cart.

Q. Where can I review my registration information?
A. Contact Leona PerryWhen registered you will receive an email with more information.

Q. Where can I find a map of the course?

Q. Are early bird discounts available?
A. Yes. Mulligan and raffle packages start online July 11 here. These can also be paid on site with cash.

Q. What do I receive as a team player?
A. Each player will receive a food voucher, drink vouchers, and swag to aid in playing that “perfect game”.

Q. Are there prizes? How late is the raffle open?
A. Yes – there are raffle prizes. You can purchase raffle tickets until 6:00 pm. Winners will be notified over the next two days post event. Early bird string, mulligans, and raffle ticket bundles are available now

Q. Who will be speaking at the event?
A. Lukins & Annis and GSI.

Q. Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?
A. View our refund policy for more information.

Q. What parking arrangements are available at the venue?
A. There will be free parking next to the clubhouse.

Q. Can I purchase event tickets on site?
A. No. You must register online prior to the event by July 14.

Q. I am unable to attend the event. Can my colleague attend instead?
A. Yes. Please email events@greaterspokane.org to make that change.

Q. Do you want to assign your team a name?
A. If you want to assign your team a name, contact Leona Perry with your team name and she will have it on your cart.

Q. If the event is canceled, how do I obtain a refund?
A. If an event is canceled, we will reach out to you and issue a refund. 

Q. If I can’t pay by credit card is there an alternative payment method I can use?
A. Yes. We can send you an invoice and you can pay by check. Mulligans, strings, and raffle tickets can be purchased on site with cash.

Q. What foods will be served at the event?
A. A barbeque luncheon.

Q. Can my spouse and children attend?
A. Not unless they are registered.

Q. Is there a dress code for the event?
A. No. Dress for the weather. It will be hot.

Q. Is there an event app?
A. No.
