Golf Player Sign-Up
Thank you for signing up for the 32nd Annual Golf Tournament on July 18, presented by Lukins & Annis. This is a double shotgun start tournament that includes a barbeque lunch banquet and silent auction. Please register below. You can register as a single player or as a team. If you are registering a team, please include all team member information. Golf player sign-ups are due June 30.
