Q. Are earlybird discounts available?
A. Yes. Use the code “NETWORK” to get $5 off through the end of may.

Q. Are there VIP tickets with perks available?
A. No.

Q. Do you offer group, military, or student discounts?
A. No, however, GSI member partners receive a discount.

Q. Who can attend this event?
A. The event is open to the public.

Q. How secure are my credit card details?
A. Your payment information is secured through our CRM.

Q. Where can I review my registration information?
A. Login to your membership account to view your payment history or email

Q. Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?
A. Yes – as long as it’s more than 72 hours prior to the event.

Q. I am unable to attend the event. Can my colleague attend instead?
A. Yes. Please email to make that change.

Q. If the event is canceled, how do I obtain a refund?
A. We will reach out and send it to you.


Q. I can’t pay by credit card. Is there an alternate payment method?
A. You may request an invoice and pay by check with the invoice # in the subject line.

Q. I have special dietary requirements. Can you accommodate me?
A. Yes. We can and try to have gluten free and vegan options. Contact for more information.

Q. What food will be served at the event?
A. A taco bar, beer, and wine.

Q. Can my spouse and children attend?
A. This is not an event appropriate for children, but a spouse can buy a ticket and attend.

Q. What is the dress code?
A. There is no dress code for this event.

A. Street parking and nearby parking garages. We recommend the River Park Square Mall parking garage, just 1.5 blocks away.

A. In the Greater Spokane Inc. first floor lobby.

Q. When do I need to register?
A. Register as soon as you can so that you can guarantee your spot before the event sells out.
