Agile Software Development Workshop

This training workshop is from the Mind to Market (M2M) program and targets any entrepreneurs using technology in their startups to learn about an agile process for creating software. Join Shane Sullivan, Certified Scrum Professional, talk about helping startups and entrepreneurs manage software development in their journey using concepts from Scrum. Shane discusses minimum viable products, building a product backlog, seeing and validating progress through iteration, and identifying costs in small software development efforts. Acquiring this skill set will enable entrepreneurs to work more effectively with their software development teams and help them express and maintain their vision for their product.

This workshop will run the second Tuesday, every other month unless low registered attendance warrants cancellation. Minimum of 3 registrants required to hold class. Please register to let us know you are coming.
