As Tina Turner once sang,” What’s trust got to do, got to do with it.” Ok – not really. It was “love,” but still…! What does trust have to do with business success? The answer is “everything.” Trust is directly linked to employee engagement, retention, productivity, and innovation. Leaders who demonstrate trust and trustworthiness inspire higher levels of performance and commitment to their team and organizational success.



Krisann will talk about three key concepts related to trust – trust builders, trust breakers, and how to repair broken trust. Join us as we discuss how building trust will create an altogether better working environment for you and your employees.

MEET THE PRESENTER 

Krisann Hatch is Archbright’s Regional Director of Eastern Washington & Idaho. She works with members to strategize, innovate, and implement HR solutions, deliver employee-development training, and provide advice, consultation, and support on a wide-range of HR issues. Prior to joining Archbright, Krisann was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Red Lion Hotels and spent 25 years at all levels in human resources with Red Lion Hotels, Doubletree Hotels, Promus Hotels, and Hilton Hotels. Krisann has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University, an MBA from Washington State University, and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR, SHRM-SCP).
