Business AfterSchool Construction of the Future @ Constructiv

Category: STEM & Career Connected Learning
April 28, 2022
3:00 PM -
5:00 PM

This workshop is designed specifically for high school students.

Conventional construction has changed very little in 100 years, but demands are shifting with our new technical age and the growing need to reduce waste.  This workshop will demonstrate how modular construction is keeping pace with our modern, ever-changing society. Please join us in exploring the roles of people who are involved in our modern day world of construction.

Get ready to experience construction in an entirely new way. Constructiv’s team will work alongside yours to create a personalized, smart space. Their the Inland NW's local DIRTT ("Doing It Right This Time") experts and serves as peer collaborators for teams of design professionals, general contractors and other sub-trades. Constructiv is design assist consultant through preconstruction, then transition to a subcontractor as the design is manufactured and installed.

Constructiv’s method is faster, cleaner and more sustainable. You’ll know exactly what you’re going to get, how much it will cost, and when it will be done without the guesswork. As fixed constructed interiors continue to fall short, Constructiv’s DIRTT interiors are responsive to their core—ready to adapt to whatever your future brings. DIRTT is integrated, prefabricated construction enabled by advanced technology. Yes. This is an entirely new way of building.
