Riverfront Moves – Free Spring Fitness Series

Held in partnership with local health and fitness businesses and Providence Health Care, Eastern Washington this free fitness series offers exercise classes for all ages and fitness levels. Classes will continue to be added each season throughout the year!



Spring 2020 Schedule:

All classes below are free attend.



Session 1 – Belly Dance Fitness

Wednesdays; March 11, 18, 25; April 1, 8

Time: 6:30-7:30pm

Location: Pavilion

Class provided by: Coil – Yoga, Dance, & Aerial

Shake and shimmy in this beginner-level American Tribal Style® belly dance and drill series! This beginner class includes lots of drilling to exciting music for a cardio boost. All bodies, genders, ages, and experience levels are invited. There is no choreography to memorize, but you'll get the most benefit by attending all classes in this fun series!



Session 2 – Barre Sculpt

Thursdays; April 16, 23, 30; May 7, 14

Time: 5:30-6:30pm

Location: Pavilion

Class provided by: Core4Collective

Energetic and focused movements will scupt your body and still your mind. In our Barre Sculpt class you will build stamina and lean, strong muscles using bodyweight, light weights, resistance bands, ankle weights and gliders. Isometric movements are mixed with cardio bursts and stretching to obtain optimal fitness and overall wellness.



Session 3 – Spin

Wednesdays; May 20, 27; June 3, 10, 17

Time: 5:30-6:30pm

Location: Blue North Bridge

Class provided by: Spin City

This hour long class is perfect for all levels of cycling and still takes care of business with an excellent hard workout. This class is designed to use power to strengthen the body and the mind. You will be challenged with high resistance hill climbs that will tone your muscles and sprints that will make your heart pump!
