URM Stores is a grocery wholesaler that supplies food and drug store products to over 150 independent retailers who are also owner-members. URM also operates Peirone Produce Company as well as a food service and convenience store division.

Rosauers Supermarkets is another fully owned subsidiary of URM and operates 21 stores under three different banners (Rosauers, Super 1 Foods, Huckleberry's) across 4 northwest states. Both companies are headquartered in Spokane and have deep community connections with URM operating locally since 1921 and Rosauers since 1934.
